3D Printed Burke
3D Printed Burke for use in various table top war games. Note for 3D Printing items: Made to order, on hand stock is not a guarantee therefore please allow 1 to 5 business days to print and prepare your order, thank you :)
Quick Notes: ALL vehicles will come with a printed hex base with the exception of certain ones, please see the "Quick Notes" per item. Flight vehicles are an example of this. This will include all 3 turret options (AND A BONUS MYSTERY TURRET) per tank model and is a multipiece "kit". Just like most of SMB designs, it has cutouts for magnets (this one specifically uses 4mm x 1mm size magnets).
Painting notes: If the painted option is selected, send our sales team an e-mail tagged "Paint request" on the subject line and please include your order #. Also please allow an additional 5-7 business days depending on complexity of the requested paint job and/or how busy our Pro Painter is at the time. Thank you!
The Painted model seen is a representation of how skilled our painter is, he can practically paint ANYTHING you wish, just include request details in an e-mail.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
*NOTICE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SEALED TCG OR SINGLES, PLEASE SEE BELOW*
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (I.e. spray paint, model primer, etc.). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or ANY form of TCG products (with the exception of accessories like deck boxes and play mats for example) due to the rising concern of "scalpers" and/or scammers that return fake goods for a refund. TCG products include but not limited to: Sealed items such as booster packs, ETB (Elite Trainer Box from Pokémon), Magic The Gathering bundles, single trading cards, and anything within the same category as mentioned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
